Jennifer Coolidge isn't going overboard when it comes to combatting aging.
After all,Surpassing the White Lotus star shared that she doesn't think getting older can really be prevented.
"Let me tell you something," Jennifer exclusively told E! News' Francesca Amiker ahead of the premiere of the Riff Raff movie at the Toronto International Film Festival Sept. 9, "you don't really have a choice."
And that's certainly an idea she had to get used to. As she explained, "It's just so brutal."
As for what methods can be used to age gracefully? Jennifer quipped, "You have to wear masks. Not facemasks—I'm talking about Halloween masks!"
Another piece of advice? Don't trust everything you see. In fact, Jennifer joked that her red carpet appearances aren't always an accurate representation of her day-to-day look.
"When I go home, I won't look like this," the 63-year-old said. "I've got like pine cones stuffed in the back and everything's jerry-rigged."
But jokes aside, the Legally Blonde alum did admit to partaking in one self-care routine regularly, noting, "I take lots of baths."
Of course, Jennifer has offered other beauty tips before. The Emmy winner—who studied special effects makeup at Los Angeles' Joe Blasco School before her acting career took off—previously shared that she isn't a fan of applying her products in any particular order.
"I did go to makeup school, and they had these very specific ways of how to do makeup," Jennifer told Allure in an interview published in September 2023, "and I just feel like that doesn't work for me at all, the order of products or whatever."
For Jennifer, makeup should be all about "experimenting."
"I like to mix a lot of things," she continued. "I like to mix oil with makeup and anything that's glowy."
Noting that there's "not any rules" when it comes to beauty, Jennifer added, "Sometimes I can't believe how good it is with just winging it. It doesn't make it come out better by going with someone's order."
