Carly Rae Jepsen really really really likes Cole M.G.N.
So much so that they’re getting ready to tie the knot. The “Call Me Maybe” singer shared the news on Sept. 23 with a series of pictures on Instagram next to the caption, “Very engaged over here.” The photo carousel featured a pic of Carly Rae flashing her new ring for the camera as she and her fiancé—whose full name is Cole Marsden Greif-Neill—pose for a selfie.
The pictures that follow are equally as sweet, with the 38-year-old allowing her sparkler to take center stage in a photo of her hand, in front of the majestic setting, solo shots of her and the Grammy-winning music producer, taking in the scenery. They capped the adorable collection of photos with one of them sharing a kiss for the camera.
Carly Rae's famous friends and followers took to the comments to celebrate the news.
Julianne Hough wrote, "Congratulations gorgeous."
Bonnie McKee celebrated writing, "Congrats! What a beautiful couple you are!"
Carly—who previously dated Matthew Koma—has largely kept her love life out of the public eye. After meeting during the creation of her album, The Lonliest Time, Carly Rae and Cole grew closer and went Instagram official with their love in 2022. In a reflective birthday post, after turning 37, Carly gave her man a special shout out.
“And to my man Cole,” she wrote in part. “I wished for lots of secret things but also and most importantly just more bdays with you.”
Since, the “Rare” singer has shared some moments on social media with her love—including revealing that they have continued their musical collaborations.
In August, Carly Rae shared a series of pics of her, Cole and other collaborators in the studio.
“I’m mostly just cooking things in the studio and spending time w my fav people,” she wrote. “How about you?”
