Kourtney Kardashian sure knows how to throw a party.
As the Kardashians star and husband Travis Barker celebrated their son Rocky Thirteen Barker turning 12 months, she gave fans a glimpse of what appeared to be his first birthday party, posting a photo of two Mickey Mouse balloons on her Instagram Stories Nov. 1, as seen in screenshots circulating online.
Travis’s daughter Alabama Barker, 18, also shared a snap of a vintage carousel on her Instagram Stories, tagging her stepmom and adding, “At our house is insane!” Kourtney—who also shares Mason Disick, 14, Reign Disick, 9, and Penelope Disick, 12, with ex Scott Disick—later reposted the carnival photo on her Story, seemingly giving a glimpse inside the celebrations.
The theme appeared to match the Disney-inspired baby shower the Kardashian-Jenner family threw for Kourtney and Travis, who is also dad to son Landon Barker, 20, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 25, with ex Shanna Moakler. The shower, which was held in September 2023, featured numerous Disney novelties including Mickey Mouse-shaped soft pretzels, pancakes, waffles and cake pops.
And if the birthday bash wasn’t enough, Kourtney’s mom Kris Jenner also celebrated Rocky—her 13th grandchild—by gifting him a handwritten letter from none other than Rocky star Sylvester Stallone, which Travis shared on his Instagram Stories Nov. 4.
“Dear Rocky,” the note began, “My name is Rocky too. Your name is very special and is identified with wonderful things.”
The actor continued, “Life has many challenges you will face—you will need to show dedication and determination! You must never give up on your dreams, never!”
“Now most importantly,” he concluded, “you must always value family, friendship and loyalty over fame and fortune! Keep punching, Sly ‘Rocky’ Stallone.”
The personalized letter wasn’t Kris’s only gift to her grandson, as she also shared a heartfelt post on social media in honor of the little guy.
“Happy birthday to our precious Rocky,” the momager wrote in an Instagram post Nov. 1. “I can’t believe you are already a year old! It feels like just yesterday that we were welcoming you to the world.”
She continued, “You are grandchild number 13 and the most precious little smiley boy I have ever met!! I can’t wait to watch you grow up and I am so thankful to God that He chose me to be your grandma.”
