Charli XCX and drummer George Daniel's latest collaboration is an engagement.
The "Speed Drive" singer, 31, posted photos on her public Instagram Tuesday, revealing The 1975 drummer proposed. Daniel's rep confirmed the engagement to USA TODAY.

"charli xcx and george daniel for life!!!" she captioned the post.
The post came a day after the singer shared a picture of her flashing an engagement ring on her private Instagram.
The 1975 frontman Matty Healy commented, "I cry 🥺." Singer Dua Lipa wrote, "aaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!! LOVE THIS!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ congratulations lovebirds!!!!!"
The couple became Instagram official in May 2022 when Charli shared snaps of her and Daniel, 33, on vacation and have since made numerous red carpet appearances together.
The British musicians first worked together for their 2021 feature on No Rome's single "Spinning." Charli and Daniel continued to collaborate on numerous occasions for songs including "Hot Girl (Bodies Bodies Bodies)," "In the City" featuring Sam Smith and more.

Earlier this year, Charli and Daniel hopped on a remix for Caroline Polachek's "Welcome to My Island," which the "Boom Clap" singer said encompassed their relationship.
"I want to be wifed up, I want to have a big fat belly with a baby in it. I don't really want to live in the countryside, that's the only lie in that because I love cities," she told The Sydney Morning Herald in February. "But yeah, I'm just so in love right now and I think I'd be a really hot mom … so why not just put it all into a Caroline Polachek remix, you know?"
